Description:

Minnesota Department of Education and REL Midwest staff provide four regional trainings for district and charter leaders to provide hands-on, tailored technical support and a chance to reflect on the work they are doing to address World’s Best Workforce (WBWF) goals in their local context. Presentations cover the Minnesota Department of Education’s technical support materials related to its continuous improvement framework, goal-setting, and the relationship between WBWF and Minnesota’s Every Student Succeeds Act plan. In addition, REL Midwest staff briefly summarize findings from the scan of WBWF summary reports and lead a reflection and discussion exercise using strong examples of WBWF goals and activities.
