Structures to Support Principal Learning

This 1.5-day regional convening—the fourth in a series organized by the REL West Educator Effectiveness Alliance and Region 15 (previously West) Comprehensive Center—was designed to help attending state education agency (SEA) teams learn from emerging research about how to reshape the principal supervisor role to improve principal practice, review and examine SEA plans for evidence-based leadership supports, and continue a regional community of SEA officials dedicated to cross-state learning and support.

Audience

SEA teams from Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, and Utah responsible for designing, implementing, and/or monitoring statewide supports for school site leaders.
